Friday, October 2

Led by Stig Seljeset (kveik #22 Stalljen). Juniper infusion, mashing, lautering, cooling, kveik pitching (with screaming). No boiling (raw ale). Includes traditional cured meats, flatbread lunch, and kornøl.
