Panel discussion: The Future of Traditional Beer

Friday at 1830 there will be a panel discussion (probably mostly in Norwegian) with Anders Riise, province mayor for Møre og Romsdal, Sølvi Dimmen, mayor of Volda county, Mika Laitinen, of Brewing Nordic from Finland, and Terje Grønmy from Hanen, an organization for farm food and tourism. They will be talking about the future of traditional beer in the context of the proposed new law for sale of alcohol directly from producer.

Vidar Skeie will introduce the discussion with remarks on the status for having farmhouse brewing listed as UNESCO immaterial cultural heritage.
