Demo brewers: Simonas & Vykintas

Simonas and Vykintas are back! They were at the festivals in 2017 and 2018 and made a lot of friends there. We have asked them to come back to demonstrate the brewing of Lithuanian keptinis. This is a beer where the mash is baked in an oven, and Simonas and Vykintas will demonstrate how it is brewed in the hall on the Saturday.

Simonas Gutautas is a commercial brewer at the Dundulis brewery , while Vykintas Motuza is a traditional brewer out in the countryside.
