Demo Brewer: Øystein Menes

This year’s demonstration brewer is Øystein Menes, from Førde in Sunnfjord. He learned to brew from his uncle from Framfjorden, near Vik in Sogn, so he brews in the Sogn tradition. He has brewed for 40 years and held a number of brewing courses in traditional brewing.
