This year’s demo brewer will be Jørund Geving, who is going to demonstrate how stjørdalsøl is brewed. Whether he’ll show up in viking costume this year is uncertain, but there’s no doubt it’s going to smell like smoke in the hall.

Jørund is the most-winning brewer at the festival, so we’re very much looking forward to this.
