Winners of the Popular Choice 2022
Everyone who comes to the festival gets a ballot they can use to vote for one beer. The judges count the votes and crown the three that received the most votes as winners.
2nd place: Morgedal Susle- og Ølbryggarlag
In shared second place came this year’s demo brewers from Morgedal in Telemark , Halvor Bjåland and Terje Haugen. A strong achievement for some from the other side of the country!
2nd place: Tore and Eirik Raftevold
The other second place went to Tore and Eirik Raftevold for their Otterdal Tradisjon, a traditional raw ale from Hornindal.
1st place: Olav Sverre Gausemel
Olav Sverre got first place for his corn ale, thus repeating the feat from last year. Very well done! The prize was a juniper box made by Jan Hall. It has “Kornølfestival” carved into the lid.
