The hotel is closed!
We have been informed that the hotel in Hornindal is closed due to sewage problems, so nobody will be able to stay there during the festival.
We apologize for this, but it is completely beyond our control. Unfortunately!
The hotel is transferring all bookings to Hotell Ivar Aasen in Ørsta, 40 minutes away by car, at the same price. So everyone who had a room at the hotel has accommodation there, unless they cancel and arrange something else themselves.
Transport
A shuttle bus has been set up between the hotel in Ørsta and Gro-bygget in Hornindal.

There are also some departures with local buses .
We will post signs in the hall with phone numbers for two taxi services.
Alternative accommodation
There is other accommodation in Hornindal, but not hotel standard.
There have usually been options on Airbnb and Booking.com. Just search there.

For homebrewers
If you are a homebrewer and need to transport your beer to the festival, you have three options:
- Drop off your beer at Gro-bygget earlier in the day and then travel to Ørsta to check in. We can pick up your beer and look after it until you arrive.
- Bring your beer on the bus when the festival opens at 17:00. We have checked with the hotel that there is room to bring beer as baggage on the bus.
- Or arrive with your beer at 16:30 as usual.
For those signed up for brewing
A shuttle bus/car will be set up from Ørsta on Friday at 10:00. It goes to the hotel in Hornindal.
Everyone signed up for brewing will be picked up outside the hotel in Hornindal at 10:45 and driven to the brewing location.
