Lecture on prehistoric beer

Lars Marius Garshol will give a lecture at the festival about prehistoric beer.
Usually such lectures are about beer brewing in Mesopotamia and Egypt, but this lecture is based on new research in archaeology in recent years, and covers:
- where and how beer brewing first began,
- how beer brewing spread into Europe,
- how people brewed beer in Europe thousands of years ago, and
- the connections with today’s traditional brewing.
This talk will be in Norwegian.
