- Keptinis (Lithuanian beer type baked in the oven)
- Multiple types of stone ale from various different breweries
- A raw ale fermented in the mash (homebrew, attempt at recreating ancient beer)
- Farmhouse ales from Telemark, Setesdal and Sogn
- Stjørdalsøl
- Several beers brewed on self-malted grain
