Brewery: Rodebak

Rodebak is a brewery started by Carl Christensen on the farm Rodebak (modern spelling “Rotbakken”) in central Norway.
The beers:
- Rodebak Kveik 5.5% - a pale farmhouse ale with Belgian 2-row malts, and Norwegian spelt, wheat, and oats. Fermented with #1 Sigmund.
- Biere de Garde 6.5% - brewed with Norwegian malts from Bonsak and kolsch yeast.
- Mundus Novus Saison 6.5% - hoppy saison fermented with the house strain.
- De Truseløse Trippel 8.5% - Norwegian Bonsak malts and house strain.
- Bourbon Barrel-aged Biere de Garde 7.0% - aged on Heaven Hills Bourbon Barrels.
